🛡️ NCRCA Compliance Team

Ensuring Integrity, Accountability, and Global Standards in Clinical Research

The National Clinical Research Certification Association (NCRCA) Compliance Team is responsible for upholding the highest level of integrity and transparency across all certified professionals, accredited employers, and clinical research operations. Our mission is to ensure that every individual and organization bearing the NCRCA name operates in full alignment with our national and global standards.

🔍 What We Do

1. Monitor Certification Integrity
We routinely verify the certification status of clinical research professionals to ensure that only those with active, valid, and accredited credentials are participating in regulated duties, including phlebotomy, patient care, and clinical data collection.

2. Oversee Employer Accreditation
Our team audits employer partners annually to confirm that:

  • All applicable staff are NCRCA certified within 60 days of hire
  • Employees are maintaining certification and CEU requirements annually
  • Annual employee compliance forms are submitted and accurate
  • Sites remain in good standing with all sponsor-based contract requirements

3. Investigate Violations and Complaints
We investigate reports of:

  • Misrepresentation of NCRCA credentials
  • Employers operating out of compliance
  • Training programs issuing non-accredited certifications
  • Clinical research duties performed without proper national certification

All complaints are reviewed and acted upon in accordance with our Compliance and Disciplinary Policy.

4. Support Sponsor Verification Requests
The compliance team provides sponsors and CROs with accurate, real-time verification of a site’s certification compliance status to ensure contract integrity and workforce qualification.

5. Enforce Global Standards
As part of our alignment with the Global Clinical Research Accreditation Association (GCRAA), we enforce and monitor adherence to internationally recognized standards across all NCRCA stakeholders.
