NCRCA is the first and only organization to create this credentialing structure. Any attempt to copy, duplicate, or create a similar system will be met with full legal action—including lawsuits for damages and injunctions—without exception.
Original Ownership & Enforcement Notice
The National Clinical Research Certification Association (NCRCA) is the first and only credentialing body to establish this proprietary structure and certification framework. This structure, process, and credentialing methodology were developed exclusively by NCRCA and are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property, trademark, and trade secret laws.
Any duplication, replication, adaptation, or creation of substantially similar systems, processes, or materials—whether in whole or in part—without express written permission from NCRCA constitutes infringement and misappropriation. NCRCA will take immediate legal action against any individual, organization, or entity engaging in such conduct, including but not limited to filing suit for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs.
NCRCA reserves all rights to enforce these protections to the fullest extent permitted by law, in all jurisdictions.
1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content on this website-including but not limited to logos, certification titles, examination content, credentialing pathways, program descriptions, downloadable materials, training guides, and branding-is the exclusive intellectual property of the National Clinical Research Certification Association (NCRCA).
NCRCA certifications and all credential titles are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. These include but are not limited to:
– Nationally Certified Clinical Research Medical Assistant (NCCRMA)
– Nationally Certified Clinical Research Phlebotomy Technician (NCCRPT)
– Nationally Certified Clinical Research Patient Care Technician (NCCRPCT) – Nationally Certified Clinical Research EKG Technician (NCCRET)
– Nationally Certified Clinical Research Assistant (NCCRA)
– Nationally Certified Clinical Research Professional (NCCRP)
– Nationally Certified Clinical Research Manager (NCCRM)
– Nationally Certified Clinical Research Director (NCCRD)
– Nationally Certified Clinical Research Trials Manager (NCCRTM)
– Nationally Certified Clinical Research Assistant’s Supervisor (NCCRAS)
– Nationally Certified Patient Safety 1st Technician
– NCRCA Credentialing Standards and Bridge Program Frameworks
2. Prohibited Use
No individual, organization, competitor, or training entity may copy, reproduce, alter, reverse-engineer, license, offer, market, or otherwise utilize any part of NCRCA’s business concept, credentialing structure, examinations, logos, or language for commercial or training purposes without the express written consent of NCRCA.
Misuse of NCRCA’s protected materials may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.
3. Enforcement and Legal Action
NCRCA maintains a strict policy of legal protection for its proprietary content and certification systems. Any individual or organization found to be infringing on NCRCA’s trademarks, copyrights, exam materials, or certification language will be subject to:
– Immediate cease-and-desist orders
– Legal proceedings in federal court
– Financial claims for damages and legal fees
– Permanent ban from partnership, employment certification, or recognition by NCRCA
We will pursue full legal remedies against any party attempting to duplicate, replicate, or misrepresent NCRCA certifications, programs, or business models.
4. Reporting Misuse
If you suspect that an individual or company is attempting to copy or misrepresent NCRCA materials or credentials, please report it immediately to:
